I designed my 30 Days to Wellness Challenge to help you build healthy routines into your (very) busy life. I get it. You’ve got places to be, people to see, kids to pick up, meetings to attend… you name it, you’re doing it.

But just because you’re doing a whole lot of things, doesn’t mean that your health should get placed on the bottom of the to-do list. My challenge to each of my patients is to stop putting themselves at the bottom of their to-do list. You don’t need to be at the top, but you’re not allowed to be at the bottom.

This challenge will help get you there.

So what’s in it for you?

Every day (for 30 days) you’re going to get sent a challenge to complete. Some of them are fitness related, some of them are food related, some of them involve your friends or a co-worker. They’re all designed to be EASY. Because I don’t believe that being healthy has to equate to spending a lot of money. No matter who you are, and where you live, these challenges are accessible. If they’re out of your comfort zone or abilities, adapt them. I love seeing what people come up with!
