This dressing is good on just about everything. Place in a container with a lid (like a mason jar) so you can shake it at will.

This recipe makes 1 cup, dresses 8 single serve salads.

INGREDIENTS:
1/3 cup olive oil
1/4 cup balsamic vinegar
1/4 cup apple cider vinegar
2 tbsps maple syrup or agave syrup (you can substitute with a tsp of stevia powder)
2 tbsps Braggs amino seasoning
1 tsp sharp mustard like Dijon
Salt, pepper, herbs and spices to taste.

DIRECTIONS:
Pour ingredients into a  Mason jar or small bottle.  Shake well. Taste and season to your liking.  Keep refrigerated.  Olive oil may solidify, allow dressing to warm up and shake or microwave 10—20 seconds to melt the oil and shake before use.
